Is this my thermostat housing
« on: 29 January 2007, 20:00:00 »

Is this my thermostat housing or something else??  I may have to remove it to drill out the broken exhaust manifold stud (that U can just see is missing!!!) and I want to get the relevant gasket for that housing before I start.  This is the last "modification" carried out by the previous owner that is left to put right and I just know I'm in for some fun!! ;D

Hmm Vauxhall made a bit of a boo boo there, you don't have to strip half the engine to get to the thermostat on the I4s  :o How can they make up for the lost opportunity to rip off the customer when it's due replacement? I bet the dealers will still try and charge 6 hours labour though  ;D
