How long is the cable that runs from the alternator to the positive battery terminal please?
Also how many amps does it carry?

Omega General Help / emmisions warning light

The e w l has come on
I take it this is a fault with the lambda sensor? Am I right?
If so if I don't get a new sensor fitted what will happen?
Car seems to be running fine

Had new discs fitted had new pads fitted had new droplinks fitted had new tyres fitted had tracking done
When touching the brake the steering wheel pulls to the left and car feels like its steering left and right/wandering had callipers looked at and recent MOT all is fine
Any ideas anyone?

Omega General Help / glovebox query 2

Managed to get the glovebox undone the lock/lever looks OK but the levers at eack side don't seem to stick out far enough and now it won't stay shut.
So decided to take glovebox out and investigate
However
Followed the maintenance guide and can't get the thing out am I missing something?
Took out the 3 torx bolts that fix to the airbag
Took out the 5 small screws that are on the lower part
Removed the 2 vent screws took the vent front of
Removed a further 2 screws took whole vent out
Still can't remove glovebox???

My car has xenon headlights one lens is cracked and one is that badly scuffed/scratched tcut won't work on it
Question is could I buy "normal" omega headlights which seem to be a lot cheaper then change over all the parts from mine to them eg bulbs, ballast etc etc

Omega General Help / headlight adjustment

Got a facelift elite with auto adjust headlights
The level adjuster on the wishbone was missing so got a 2nd hand one and put it on
NO LUCK
One headlight is still up in the air
Any suggestions?can they be manually adjusted?
