That is why we don't have a letterbox in the front door Pete. We have one of these next to the front door instead...

the prat next door smokes on the landing out the window, then leaves it fully open when he goes back in. the hallway is freezing ive got some window restrictors in the cupboard i might slip one on in the day time when nobody is about.

Is that strictly legal, would it come under a public building etc :-/
I like your idea ;D :y

Even though i have apolite notice on the door requesting to junk mail I still get some.  My trick is each time to send it back in the mail with a polite (ish) note attached......without a stamp thus costing them more money.  Strangely it seems to be working slowly  :y

Most of the leaflets we get seem to be for yet another Indian pizza takeaway. Even got one from the local Indian chippy the other day inviting us to try their 'curried cod' ?  :P 'blech' I don't think so. Eversince the wife gave away dozens of bags of clothes, I think the word has gone round, every week without fail we get at least one request for unwanted clothing ? You must get some real thick leaflets Pete, keeping your letterbox wide open....  ;)

Live in the sticks and you do not get many, only a couple of places will deliver to our house so we keep the latest leaflet to spoil ourselves occasionally.... :y
