Sunday Night Car Quiz

Just a few Questions to keep you going while you are downing your Stella tonight ::) I'll fill the answers in when someone gets it right ;)

1   What was the first mass production car to have plastic bumpers  :question

2   Which Italian design studios styled the Morris Ital  :question

3   In the 60's, 70's,  80's and 90's Volvo  used only numbers on their cars, what did these numbers correspond to  :question

4   The Ford Cortina MK5 was available with only one of the following , Which one  :question

    5 Speed gearbox

    Central Locking

    Electric Door Mirrors

    Electric Windows


5  The Triumph Herald/ Vitesse was Available with the following engine sizes 1200, 1300, 1600 and 2000 . There is one engine size missing from this line up, what is it  :question

6 What does the ' B ' stand for in Rover P5B  :question

And was it Incocetti (?) who did the Ital?  Had an Ital van once, rusted about as much as Tunnie's senny...

Nope, but they did rust, wouldn't say as bad as Tunnie's Senny though ;D

P5 - the B was something to do with the V8, was it coz it was Buick?

Wasn't that unprounancable one being with P that did the SD1 then was it?

1.....i'll go for Ford
2.....Ferrari having a laff
3.....If you had asked about BMW or Merc id have known
4.....I'll go for 5sp box.....anything on Fords electrical then never worked
5.....I'll assume TB is right on this
6.....Havent a clue
7.....Oh there isnt one

Hang on!  I had a 440, and it DEFINITELY had doors >:(
