Main flaw in your last post Lizzie is you used the phrase "explained by responsible parents" these seem to be in extremely short supply these days.

Lizzie, it would seem that you are suggesting that puberty is routinely starting pre teen and that because of this, junior and primary schools should be preaching a Diversity agenda... 

That is insane.

Everyone is different. We are, by definition, diverse.

The narrative needs to be changed from one of division to one of acceptance and inclusion. This does not mean that a primary school age child needs to be taught about transgenderism and the like. They only need to know that everyone is different and that's OK.

Pidgeon holing the minorities only serves to highlight differences and encourages disparity and the earlier this nonsense is taught the more ingrained it will become.

Just because Boufon-Cheriseé chooses to identify as a telephone box every third Friday and happens to work as an intern for the Department of Education, doesn't mean that needs to be a part of the curriculum

Life IS diverse and the old teachings that we knew does not work now.  As I said, media, internet, social media, and of course everyday television is loading the children with much knowledge about ALL life functions and relationships more than ever before wether people like it or not.

So it is very important to ensure the kids of today are not left confused and finding the answers to some awkward questions from uncontrolled sources.  Do you believe that today’s children are as ignorant as we were about the birds and bees?  No they are not; life has moved on and those that think keeping the truth about all life, and just restricting conversations about men being men and women being women, end of, is kidding themselves. The kids ARE already finding out all there is to know as we, the post war generation who went for free love and complete liberation, have ALREADY opened the flood gates.

It is no good anyone complaining that children of 5+ are learning things at school that in our day was out of bounds. The cat is out of the bag and now all that can be done is try and RESPONSIBLY teach our children the truth about all life as that is the World they are entering. Conformity of the 1940’s, 1950’s and early 1960’s is past. The reality of everyday living is now out. Everyone needs to know of human conditions, and the young are ALREADY learning that in their playgrounds. So, as I stated, take the mystery, smutty interpretations, and falsehoods out of it and tell the truth of what they are already learning from bad sources. 

No matter what the old fogeys on here want to believe and want their grand children to hear, is does not matter. 2021 is here with the new generations accepting that diversity not only exists but is all around their families. Ignorance is not an option now.

I note the use of the word equity rather than equality, and that seems to be the direction of travel for President Harris.

What is “normal” to you is not to others. That is always the big question. I have yet to find in any family I have encountered and going through life as I have a true “normal” way of living. Everyone has been different, sometimes in very alarming ways to me but to them it is “normal”.

Go back through history and tell me a time when EVERYONE in the contemporary society has been all “normal” without vast differences of opinion, often causing wars and mass murder?

Example:  Catholics and Protestants have often thought themselves are “normal” but the “other side” were not, were evil and a threat that had to be met by eradication.

All the men, and it is of course 99.99% men on here, think each is normal. But in my encounters and general knowledge of men so much is not standard, not “normal”, when it comes to relationships and sex. For example there are some men on the OOF who can write sexually explicit content thinking doing that on a public forum, that does no doubt have women, like me, and children viewing the threads, being shocked by what is considered “normal” by the author, is ok.

In short this forum has reinforced my belief that “normal” does not exist, and never has.

Because Dave life has moved on from kids just being kids, not speaking until spoken to by an adult, and having no right to having any emotional feelings, especially with the boys. In fact the opening up of the facts of life is opposite to indoctrination as practiced by Stalin, Hitler, Mao Tse-tung, and the like. They wanted everyone to conform to what the state wanted and to have no right to question and think independently. Today’s generations in the Western World do have individual voices, a right to self expression and a right to knowledge, including matters regarding sexuality, gender, religion, and all general life.
