Really sorry to hear that Bert, but chin up mate, diabetes isn't that big a deal nowadays even if it's type 2. Just so long as you follow doctors orders about diet etc. & try and lose a bit more weight (on purpose this time LOL ;D). Let us know how you get on as things develop  :y Kind regards, Phil.

There are so many Do's & Don'ts, this goes in here, that goes in there, no not in that one! I don't know whether i'm coming or going anymore.I just tend to look out the window before bed & see what colour box/bin the neighbours have put out and follow suit! The Country's going to hell in a handbasket and nobody seems to stopping it!! :(

Years ago when SWMBO was still 'only' GF we used to eat 2 Sunday roasts to keep both Mums happy. Her Mum used to make a raost for dinner time (lunch time if you prefer) and my Mum made it for tea! It used to be hard work, but both Mums were happy! ;)  ;)  ;)

Gotta keep our Mums happy Andy, at any cost!  ;D :y

My girl fiend & i were supposed to be having curry last night, she couldn't make it, because she was visiting her brother in hospital & she was running late, so i dined by my self.
At around 21.00 she texts me & says " i've done meat balls & pasta for us, are you coming over"?

Now she hadn't realized that i'd had my curry & naan.
Me being polite also had a plate full of meat balls & pasta too. Needless to say i felt very podged after the second meal at which point i told her that i'd already eaten.
She said "you didn't have to eat it". I said " well i was being polite".
I must say that i could hardly shift after eating all that, but it tasted soooo good :P :P :P :P

I would just like to add that i'm not a big eater ;)

No, but you are Terribly Polite, and that's what matters.....you greedy pig ;) ;D :y
