Fair play, thats some going!

What about the future, are you continuing to host, or looking to 'professional' hosting?

I too got fed up of norton, to the point of ripping it out mid subscription.
It missed a fair few viruses.
My day to day AV is AVG Free again, found it much more responsive and reliable.
Did like Kaspersky as well, but found that caused me some big slowdowns.
If I suspect something it hasnt picked up, I also use the free online scanners from the likes of Kaspersky of mcafee as a double check.

Agree both on the cats and use of poison

good 1/2 dozen traps, from loft, garage and leccy cupboard.

was wondering about the gadgety ones as a more permanent solution.

we had a mouse problem, the mice werent actually living and breeding in our house though, our cat was bringing them in and letting them go in the house, without even harming the little sods >:(

Ok I take it back, the cat could be worse!

Cheers, and NEWSFLASH

found where the buggers are getting in, just walked through the garage and saw something run down the wall, and there is a tail sticking out the electric meter cupboard!  opened it up, fair few droppings, so 2 traps installed, lets see how long it takes!

Mice, not ones on dangly wires connected to a pc, but real live ones.

Seem to have a few, kept 'emselves to 'emselves outside, traps down, catch a few fine.

However, started hearing em in the ceilings :(

Tempted to have a go at the electronic rodent repellers, anyone tried em?  good or bad?

Before anyone suggests it, we have a (rather useless) cat.

He caught one the other day, wandered in with it attached to my mouse trap!, 'yeah cheers, worked hard there tiggy!'

Maybe the tyre is not sitting perfectly against the alloy, did you get them to reseal the tyre?

Send SteveW a message, he works for mazda/ford parts, he may be able to do something.

I had a Mazda 626 before the (SteveW's old) Omega, biggest annoyance was the parts, so much dealer only and expensive.
Very reliable though.
That car now belongs to the previous owner of Marks project LPG!
Small world innit!

I prefer mine without, wolf in sheeps clothing etc
So much nicer when the boy racers don't know what is upsetting them ;)
