Me and my buddy welded a new turbo manifold this weekend.

Started with adjusting av weld everything together with a few weld dots.



Went to my work to get a gas reducer so i can use 'internal gas' so i have gas  in the pipes when i weld to get a nice weld on the inside



D-mounted pipe number 3-4 to weld the separately.



I'm happy about the result of the welds on the inside



Welded number 2 and two and welded 3-4 to the manifold. Screwed the flange to a old head i had lying around



And here, finished.

Monday i will bring in to my workplace and dip it in acid, to get a niiiiiiice finish Stainless steel btw.

Acid dip were completed today i love the new finish

Can't mount it just yet.. need to wrap the whole thing, machine the flanges, build new 3'' stainless downpipe, wire megasquirt ++++

Aaaaaand get a drivers license... aaand fish crabs... aaaaaaaaaand aaaaaaaand...

C20LET head gasket.
C20LET injectors.
Megasquirt will arrive in a few days.
