Election debate court decision

Swinson and Sturgeon have had their objections to not being invited to appear on ITV's debate dismissed by the high court. HA!  :)

Seems to me that everyone is spending more time/money in court cases than they are with actually getting on with the job they're paid to do!

Apparently if you're a public provider, no. But as ITV (ie independent television news) is private, yes. :)
