Seems like an expensive way to kill someone in a country where you could probably hire an assassin for a loaf of bread.

It is a warning from history that spells out  mankind cannot work together in it's interests but will continually find ways to go to war and kill. There can be no end to it, and even once a particular revenge is achieved, another need to go to war will ensue ( :'(
