hi,

just read the thread on what MV6 stands for.... very interesting but isnt it more interesting that the MV6 that everyone loves for it's pace is actually only 1 second faster from 0-60 than my standard 2.5 CD.

i checked the figures out on parkers.

i just expected a lot more. your thoughts?

thanks albs.... is that the same for opel though? all the reviews ive read say the carlton (as we know it) was actually called omega so effectively the reckord was replaced by omega in opel terms?

Hi guys,

I'm not actually a new member but I've had to register a new name cos I'M rubbish with computers haha

Ok I was looking through some Omega reviews and came across details of the car the Omega replaced in '87 (I believe).

It was the Vauxhall Rekord.

Does anyone know anything about these? Were they any good? Did anyone own one?
