MB Club member lost for words !!
« on: 09 November 2015, 17:38:55 »

Had one of my neighbours ( he owns a 2003 5 litre SL ) give my E430 the once over today he is a very active member of the MB owners club  usually very talkative  , I am pleased to say his jaw dropped when I drove it out of the garage he walked round it several times & then muttered time warp incredible ! So I guess I have a good one , I am no good at putting pics on here but if any of you guys are interested go to www.mtsv.co.uk vehicles for sale the full ad for it is on there, would like your thoughts,/ opinions.. Also took the private plate off the mig today gone down in cost used to be £105 now £80 .

Bet that is a bit of a Wolf in sheeps clothing, should have some fun with that.

Not too keen on that interior, but with a V8 up front, who cares?  :)

Mmmmmm v8.

Also an MB club member, but ours are a little older...

I'd strongly suggest anti-corrosion treating it before the winter mind you  :)

The powers that be in 'ze fatherland' do not allow german cars, especially MB, to go rusty. :)

Nice car Mr Tilbo. The thick end of 300 BHP and 300 ft lb of torque should be fun. :y

Thanks Opti, I had to move quick to get this one everything in its favour mileage history  & price ! I had a budget of £8000 & this fell well below , I secured it before the main ad hit his website ,I think I would have lost out otherwise. And yes the drive home was great fun , seriously thinking of taking it back to the fatherland for a real good blast !!

Older ones rust really badly, too. It just takes a while for them to start.
