Prince Albert is known for being, er, open minded :D

I’m rubbish at history, I’d always thought that a Prince Albert was a genital piercing. Every days a school day.   :o  :)

Rumour has it Albert the German sausage man was hung like a horse......which is why Victoria said "we are not amused" whenever he came near her. :)

....
They dont even carry the bins anymore like they  used to. They just wheel them to the truck.  ::)
Bunch of woosies.  ::)

I remember bin men carrying the bins out on their shoulders .... they had a big leather pad they put the bin on  :y
SWMBO used to work in waste management. The binners were a bolshy lot!

Yep.....for many years as a kid our binman was a wiry Glaswegian who went by the name of Jock.

He was as hard as nails and always stank of stale Woodbines and scotch. Most of the time he was quite affable except when the bin was filled with lumps of broken concrete.  :D

Trump often says the quiet part out loud.

Yesterday his word of the day was f*uck.....today it is 'scum' when describing CNN. ;)

The USA needs a good war periodically. They spend far too much on defence to just have the stuff sat about and Iran is as good a target as any just now.

Honestly I suspect that the bombings were just as much about demonstrating US capability as anything else; I doubt it will deter the Iranian 'government' - religious zealots tend to be hard to dissuade - its part of the job description, but hopefully it will set them back a bit.

.

Yep....billions and billions.

They need target practice before the weapon become old and obsolete.

Starmer is a mouthpiece for every bleeding heart cause in the world. He's a mealy mouthed apologist and he won't rest until restitution has been given for all of our past ' crimes'.
He's got no spine, the unions demand money and he just caves in. His MPs tell him he's wrong over the winter fuel payment, he caves in. Europe and Trump tell him to jump and he asks how high.
I hate him. Little grey man.

Starmer makes John Major look exciting. :)

He excited Edwina Currie!  ;D

Rumour has it he banged her over the cabinet table. >:D

Saw a brilliant A.I version of Kier Starmer on Facebook offering financial services , actually very convincing and very spooky , shockingly easy to get duped by this technology  >:(
Would you really believe what Starmer, well any politician for that matter, says? ;)

No.....and Starmer is so wooden in everything he does.

All interesting information and with seeing other reviews I am still looking at options. :y

Little things like the umbrellas in the doors impress me, (it does not take a lot)  ::)

Marshalls have a Sportline on offer with the Panoramic roof and the winter kit fitted.  so after wondering what other options they offer I went on the car configuration on their site and see they have HUD and a few other options. Color options, some good but the Red, Silver and Grey were the only ones that caught my eye, The one i mentioned earlier is black and looks stunning, but they are are sod to clean.

Still cant decide on Diesel verse PHEV. then with the other thread Do I buy it or lease it, I think if I lease I want the option to buy .  As Tunnie says its down to costing /taes etc, This will be a company car if I do go for it.

Is Skruntie a yank? ;)

Still looking at the idea of the Skoda Superb as a new car so asked for some prices for servicing etc.
........
Just had a few prices emailed to me.  I did ask for the costing to be PHEV v Diesel (Not petrol)
Bear in mind that you can use an approved Independent garage and still maintain the warranty. This brings the costs down a fair bit.  :y
The Skoda Superb has a deeper, more usable boot than my A6 Avant so is more suited for large cases etc. The 2.0 Tdi is very economical on a run for a large car.  :y

Very true......although unscrupulous dealers will tell you this action will void the warranty. >:(

My grandmother didn't like being around other old people.

They are always moaning about their 'ailments' and looking in the obituary column to see who has snuffed it, she would say.
