Put some 'elastictrickery' into the PP9 of Mrs Opti's milk float.

How are you is she liking it? ???   :)

She loves it.

I have to say I really wanted to hate it, and hate driving it......but I have to say it is really great to drive and handles like a much smaller car.

Only 400 BHP but it's pretty quick between 30MPH and 90MPH.

I would be wary of owning one once the 36 month warranty is done, though. Expensive to repair. :-X

No one ever looked at my Mondeo...  :(   I quite liked that though to be honest, as I could park it anywhere and nobody paid attention to it.  :y

Today I pulled into a filling station and there was a black BMW 325i Touring parked up. As he drove away he took a long look at mine.  I think he had size envy!  :D

Pumping petrol without trousers and underpants is probably not a good idea. :-X ::)

Starmer also used the word irregular in place of illegal, but I would expect nothing less from Mr Wooden.

Putting the word 'equity' in place of 'equality' also boils my piss, as they have completely different meanings.

5
I don't know how a 30 year old man with a beard like black Jake from Captain Pugwash can identify as a 14 year old boy and get away with it. But the woke left take his word as the gospel truth. :-\

6
In his droning speech he used the words 'irregular migration' as opposed to 'illegal migration'

Thus suggesting problem, what problem. :-X

They used to call him ' Nasty Norm' back when Thatcher held the reins. >:D

I expect we all remember the massive hoo haa when he told the unemployed to get on your bike and find a job!  ;D

and who would you support in the cricket .... England or other?  :-X

Racist, apparently. ::)

Perhaps the Omega is starting it's transition from banger to classic.

You hear of people paying £10,000 for a Cortina which were literally everywhere back in the day.

In a perfect world, freight would travel by rail and trucks banished from the roads, other than smaller trucks to do local runs from train stations to delivery depots.
People who cant pass a test to prove they are capable of driving to a reasonably high standard forced to take trains and taxis because they are banned from the roads.
Then, nice clear roads with high standards of driving, and no motorway speed limits for the rest of us.
We can but dream.  :D

Exactly what I experienced driving through Germany on Sunday, in fact.

And people tell us, we won the war.  ::) ;D
.

Import the 3rd world & become the third world.

We are constantly told by leftie lawyer types that diversity is our strength......although it is never explained how. :-\

Gerald Harper 96, remember him from my younger days think it was a series called Hadleigh played a bit of a toff.

Well before my time but Adam Adamant. :y

. The 525d was a down tuned 3.0d.  :y

This is what I should have bought instead of the Chrysler. They're invariably in a nice old man spec with lots of toys and comfy seats and yet a remap alone will add 100hp and 170nm  :D

Was that the Crossfire, Jimmy?

The one that looks like a dog taking a dump when viewed in side profile. :)

Forum members will know I'm not the greatest fan of derv cars but I think old Tigger has done well here. :y

Incidentally what is the difference between a 330D and the 335D as they both share the same 3 litre straight six lump?

Good choice. :y

The 535d is a twin turbo (one small turbo and one large), whereas the 530d is a variable geometry single turbo.  :y

Incidentally, at one stage the 525d, the 530d, the 540d, and the 550d all used the 3.0d block. The 525d was a down tuned 3.0d.  :y

Probably performance overkill at Tigger's age. :)

530D and 535D. difference.

The price?

That could explain why Tigger went for the 530D.

Tight as a ducks arse... :D

I do have a V6 SC as the personal toy and have driven pretty much every other type (including an proto SV V8 facelift that never made production).

I really rate them, very involved drive and pretty competent handling, for me the V8 was to much as er-indoors also drives it  >:D

I agree...... and the 'end of the world' noise made by the V8' is the final big 'f*uck you' to the environmentalists. >:D
