The Sweeney was my favourite & got my interest in Ford Granadas, had three in total 2 3litre Ghias & one 2.8 thought I was the dogs 'dangle berries'.
Yeah, i had one of each shape. Always was a "Ford man" until i got the 2litre  PFL Mig.

I think it was a humble 3.0 Consul which was really a poverty spec Granada.

I always hankered after the 3.0S Capri as driven by Bodie and Doyle. :y

Appears that Dennis Waterman had been quite ill with lung cancer for quite a while. Confirmed by his widow today. RIP.
