I've owned 60+ vehicles the first of which was a 1959 MkII Consul.Three speed column change "umbrella" handbrake and vacuum operated windscreen wipers.

                That wiper setup was crazy the faster you went the less vacuum in the manifold and the slower the wipers went👀👀

Yes, a right PITA, Had them on a 100E van, (my 2nd car). A sod when you went up a steep hill when it was pissing down with rain.

Mini 850 van, with a 996 in.

My second car was a mini 850 van paid £45 for it from a chap who was emigrating to Australia, grey in colour  & totally immaculate 556 NOD . I can actually recall all my cars registration numbers.

I can only count 12 in over 60 years! Must be some I’ve forgotten. 

Oh dear. Senior moments becoming more regular?

I haven’t counted SWMBO’s, but a recount still only got 12. So not a great amount of depreciation for the amount of motoring. I’ve only ever had 2 new cars.
