I doubt that was the case in 1967 during 'the summer of lurve'

This is from a time ( the hippy era) when there were white people in London.

Some nice cars including a Lotus Elan.

Those days are long gone and, apparently, it's only old bastards like us that hanker for them. Older people in those days thought hippies were long haired, smelly, workshy layabouts.

Naturally I'm way too young to remember the flower power era, but it is an interesting exercise in social history to see all those white people going about their daily business.

I imagine London is much the same in 2022.
