Courtesy/Map/Door lights out!!!

Hi there,
Does anyone have any idea why all my interior lights have gone out? They were fine until I followed the excellent guide for repairing the door cards earlier this week. Since then, there are no interior lights. I'll admit I've not been out in the cold to check the fuses, the handbook says fuse 12, which is also the radio display and hazard warners, which are working fine.  Is there a stupidly obvious thing I've missed?

You might have shorted the puddle lights  ;)

Start with the fuses under the steering column and report back

Thanks, I'll pull fuses and see what's what. Maybe I shorted the puddle lights putting the connector back on.  It's going to wait until it's not hailing and sleeting though!!!

Sure enough, 1st fuse I took out had blown. All fixed, thanks for pointing me to the most obvious place to start looking!!!!!
