Well, it's unlikely to be the former Panorama producer that's just been found guilty of child sex offences but not jailed because he is 'too old' :-X

It is about safety of uk roads. Fatalities up despite cars being safer.
Probably down to new generation having shorter attention spans but lets see.

I can easily accept that death rates have dramatically increased in the last 18 months, because people have forgotten how to drive.
Obviously, being the BBC, it will be around speed kills etc. Despite that there is categoric proof that speed has never killed anyone. Only accleration/decceleration kills.
