Omega General Help / Rear Saloon Lights

What's the best way to open them up ?
Not sure if this is a common thing that happens over time, I suppose i have what you'd call algae or something that resembles it on the inside of the lense on the side the part between the wing / boot lid. It's on all the rear lamps, If this is a unheard of thing i'll get some pictures when possible if my description makes no sense
Probably doesn't help that the car is parked near trees, Especially with the damp weather etc..
Not really an issue yet but if it's a relatively straight forward job I'd like to clean them, If not will source some clean ones at some point.
