Title: Alternator front half case

Hi there. Rebuilding my alternator and noticed the front case has a crack in it. It’s on a v6 and is the bosch type with the 1” gap between the casing halves  if anyone has one please ? .

Have found a few on eBay and have also noticed the other variants (Ie not v6) have a similar looking front mounting section. Are the casings the same on the others and it's just that the v6 has the double rear mountings ? . If anyone has the two types to compare that would be appreciated.thankyou

I think I might have an alternator you can have somewhere, if I havn't already offloaded it to someone else.  :-\

I'll have a look to see if I've still got it at the weekend.  :)
