Very Nice Car Mate, I used to see this car everyday, here are some pics which I took when it was in service parked on the embankment next to the MOD Main Building in Whitehall.

That's a nice change from the normal white, I really like it :y
-
A splendid re-commission DP. 8-) :y :y
-
Cracking looking motor :y
Moroccan Red does suit it - only ever seen 1 or 2 Omega's in that colour.
Is this the one Josh W was selling about 6 months ago?

Not one of mine...mine was Y189 HKE. This one came from Simon. Although both vehicles were used as part of the DPG group :y
Another two members own one ex DPG each...so OOF probably account for all the DPG one's out there ;D
Good work...nice to see another Omega being preserved :y

Ahh, sorry Josh - thought she was one you sold :y
Whilst you're on (sorry for a bit of a thread hijack here!) - do you have any interior shots of a kitted-out unmarked plod Omega? I've got rid of all the holes which were in mine, but it'd be interesting to know what went where? And what's the small speaker for in the panel that would have the sunroof controls in it if it had a sunroof?
Cheers :y

Yep also have one Y589PMX. Released from service around 2004 with around 40.000mls on the clock, possible reason for letting it go with such low miles appeared to be a trans fault(ATF/Filter change cured it.I have had the car for 5yrs and it's now got 77.000mls on the clock and thanks to DLK working his magic on the car it's still awsome to drive especially in an occasional traffic light drag race with a boy racer. :y

Was about to say Nitro has another ex cop car in that colour, I saw it in the flesh when he came to meet me a couple of weeks back, smart looking cars and really do lend themselves to tweaks due to the colour. :y

Very nice indeed, this (stupid) question applies to anyone with marked ex old bill cars what do you lot do with them apart from driving them, rent them for filming, take them to shows etc?
