You will find this will start to happen on a lot of older parts as PSA start to sort things out. They are looking at having stand alone parts centres much like VAG have done with Trade Parts Services and what Ford are now in the process of doing with there Parts Plus.

Will another eighteen months to a year before the first ones start to open. You will be able to still buy parts from the Dealer but it will be retail only as they will only be there to supply there own workshop/bodyshop.

While most of the general public these days can not or do not know how to open a bonnet these people will still be trading. There are alot of tie ups with the big lease companies as as Liz said Motab car have to go to them for tyres., when me lads motab car needed a tyre when i was still at Vauxhall i couldn't sell or fit one.

As a point this company do not have fully trained techs in each branch but one for an area. If they have anything in that isn't simple service, tyres or exhaust they either will not do it or they have to wait for the trained guy to arrive

The bulbs are normally to bright to use at night and have to be turned down. Have you checked the dimmer is working correctly before stripping out.

Think they got that wrong. Part Number is 90411629 and the seals are 9129999. Give them these numbers and see what they come back with.

It may well have to come from Opel as PSA are filling the Luton with Peugeot & Citroen parts so old Vauxhall parts will get shipped back to Opel

Cheers

The heads are also very shallow and they tend to strip the splines
