No jacket on mine to worry about.

Anyone want to knit it one?

 I'll ask my mum. ;)

The rubber seal, or the scuttle panel beneath? (Or, in fact, are you talking interior?)

The CD player will play CD-Rs, don't think it can do CD-RWs (but don't quote me on that). Discussed in this topic - http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1194499821

How much is a stat for a 2.6 V6? And is it a "bit of a swine" or "total so-and-so" to change?

Bah, it's not the outright speed, its the laziness, and the sound, that made me get a sixer...

According to the trip computer, I've had 22.8mpg out of my 2.6 manual. But I have a heavy right foot, and I'm addicted to the sound of the V6...

I've had 30-plus on a motorway run, steady 60-70mph, and it got me back from Brum (about 200 miles away) on £25's worth of juice...

It cost £85+vat at WIM HEMEL HEMPSTEAD but worth the trip but that is a trip from teeside, recommended all the same. :y

Sweet deal. I might combine that with an airbag light reset from one of our friendly T2 guys... and maybe a trip to Plymouth to see my mate too. Just have to see how much I get paid over the next couple of weeks.

Auto Express tested them with their big bulb test, they rated them very highly. :y

I can recommend the Philips +50s for mains - dipped beam, I don't know how much advantage they'd give. There are of course the new +80s, about £30 a pair - I'll be investing in a pair for my mains. :y

I owned a Corsa for somewhere around a year... and never knew how to turn the interior light on (aprt from using the door handle...) *hangs head in shame*

Camber of the road I suppose.

Ah, of course. If you can get onto a runway or similar, give it a try. (Legally, obviously, don't just drive into Heathrow...)

so how difficult would it be to add these 'fly-by-wire' 'electronics' into my car ???  i do have the whole 52 plater 3.2 car so i have access to all the parts ??  somebody must have done this already i can't be the only one dreaming of this ! am i ???? :o

In that case, you'd have to see how much of it you can swap - I'd imagine you'd need the ECU and loom, but then you'd have to use one of our friendly Tech2 operators to get it all working with the various systems.

To be honest, the 3.2 only has en extra 10bhp over a 3.0, you'd probably have less hassle putting in a 3.0 engine.

HTH :y
