Saw a car for sale recently with a 42 gallon tank. I'd be in tears long before it was full!

Christ, at £1.40 per litre that would need £267 to fill it up

on eBay last year, there was a huge US motorhome that had a fuel tank of

100 galls  (even if it was US galls it'd still make a huge dent in your wallet to fill that bugger up!)

At least if you couldn't afford to fill it up you could live in it

Or in the fuel tank.

Christ, when I had my first Omega it'd cost me £70 to brim it, from having the "fill up, you idiot" light flashing at me!

Same as. when i first got the mig it was virtually empty and the petrol station in leicester charged me £64.
