have had man flu for most of the week now and it's really getting me down as I've got loads of stuff to do on the omegas amongst others and the weather is fine and sunny but just don't have the energy and if I do try and do a bit it makes me feel worse.Not happy

I know that feeling, since I did me back in I keep staring at the Discovery & thinking 'I could just do this, or it'll only take 5 mins to do that' But I know if I attempted to do anything I'd suffer for it.
