Apparently mine says it will take 10L if I fill it now and it's got about 4000 miles to empty (iirc), so no idea how much it holds.

Does driving style matter or is it a straightforward X ml of p!ss per gallon of diesel?

....
Guessing your ML isn't quite as economical on the lorry juice as most cars,  ....

it really depends on how hard you press the loud pedal. I drove to Trentham Gardens this week & saw 39.2mpg  :y but that was a steady-ish 65mph due to the M6 .... I can see high 20s/low 30s around town. But can see low 20s if I clog it from the lights etc ::)

I've never worked out how much pig pee it uses .... as above, just stick a gallon in every now & then

I deliberately chose my car because it doesn't have DPF or piss tank.

Will pay the price for that if Captain Underpants gets his way extending the ULEZ to include Heathrow  :-X
Trouble is, anything less than 12 years old will have a DPF, and last 5 years, a piss tank :(

Both of which seem to be a prerequisite of Euro 6 which is the diesel standard of choice for the wokist clungemongers.

Petrol is only Euro 4, which, given the price differential of the two fuels makes the idea of running something more interesting rather tempting. Especially as it will cost me £12 a day for every day the car is in the car park at Heathrow. >:(

Although the Alabama Mumsybus has proven to be quite versatile, having lots of room for activities...

Decisions, decisions.
