Last (and first) time I tried to drive that in the show it was a joke. You had to keep the throttle perfectly balanced in every gear. Just lift off slightly in a high gear and the back end would try to overtake the front and you'd be sitting with an armful of opposite lock on trying to apply just enough throttle to stop it.
At least it has relatively little momentum so if you do have to just lock the brakes and hope for the best it does stop before it hits a curb.
600Kg on 205/50/15 A539s isn't a good recipe for snow.
I don't think I even had the LSD on it then.
BTW: the only vehicle in those photos that was capable of movement was the snow plough. And his plough was about 6 inches off the ground!
