can any one help me?
my heater has started to make grinding noises.
still give a little heat but not enough to de-frost the car.
help please.

If the grinding noises are all the time it sounds like the blower fan motor. If it only grinds when you change settings and plenty of air is getting blown through I'd guess at the diverter servo motors or linkage at the bottom of the heater box. I had a similar problem with mine when the connecting arms dropped off.
