Electrical fault
« on: 07 August 2022, 18:38:53 »

Just been out and had a harrowing experience in my old 4x4.

36C and going on one of my various daily off road routes, and the car ground to a halt with no electrics. No dash lights, no lights on the alarm code panel. Waited a few seconds and it restarted as normal and got me home.

I hate intermittent faults and until I have confidence in the car, I wont be going anywhere dodgy that would need another 4x4 to recover me.

I am hoping it is just a loose battery terminal. Battery is only six months old.

Any suggestions for what to look for in the morning please? Vehicle is a Suzuki Vitara .
