Its dropped a lot in price then since the gas shortage a few years ago.
I last had the Omega done in July 2018 and the cheapest I could find was around £100 iirc.

Edit. Just looked up the groupon coupon / ATS thing and can get it done for £37.99 (half price) with a coupon.
Just got to work out how to get one of the coupons now. Shouldnt be too difficult. If it is I will pass the job to the I.T. dept. (aka swmbo). :D

Filled up the washer bottle on my classic sought after Vauxhall........again.

It must have a hole about half way down but I CBA to fix the hole, or replace the bottle.

To prove my eco-friendly credentials I shall just piss in the washer bottle from this point on. 8)

I believe it takes 1.7 litres. Not to worry though as I have a case of San Miguel to get through tonight. >:D

Replaced the crank sensor and fuel filter .
Crank sensor was awkward but did it on a post lift which made the removal of the heat shield, engine mount and oil dip tube "easier " . Found the old one had abrasion damage to the cable so I was pleased that the reason for failure was obvious .
Doing an 80 mile round trip almost daily just now so decided to give the Yeti a rest and use the Omega over the weekend .
I recently fitted new Bilstein B4's and had the tracking/alignment and camber set to WIM's figures.  I have to say that the roads that I travel , although beautiful , are pretty rough in places but the Omega just glides over them with ease . It was a very enjoyable run and brought back to me the fact that these were very comfortable cars .
Next job will be to recommission the climate control system .

Nothing....finally got Covid, sitting in front of a fan and waiting for it to bog off!

We both tested positive about 3 weeks ago when we came back from Northumberland, but of a cough & runny noses  seemed no more than than cold symptoms, no loss of appetite but loss of taste  for a couple of days.

Following Addy's visit the other day, I set to finishing off welding the rear floorpan of the Golf. He's done 90pc of the work, I just do the finishing bits and then take all the credit ;)

Then the promised weather arrived and I could hear Michael Buerk commentsting so i thought it best to retire indoors before I electrocuted myself or drowned...
