Opel executive? Right hand drive? :-\
Irish or European import... Remember that it was fashionable to go to Euroland to order your car and save a few quid... Annoyed the manufacturers no end because they weren't allowed to say no ;D
-
Not bad for the money as it has lpg fitted ;D

Elite Executive ??? Seems the fl rear arches suffer from more extensive rot than pf cars :-\
-
After owning a 3.0l for a while, I think you;ll be disappointed with the 3.2

Nothing wrong with a 3.2 with the proper Gearbox and the extra pedel. :)

But the 3.0 with same gearbox is quicker and more economical. Though 3.2s are newer and may have less mileage...

I wouldn't watch that one too long, the rust is growing each time I look at the same photo.

TBH wouldn't disagree with that one, Ive always thought my old chipped 3.0 MV6's were quicker and almost cetainly better on MPG than any 3.2 Ive had since then.
Untill I got my hands on a Re Mapped 3.2 Manual Plod, but thats the only one. ::)

Im thinking that but this one is lpg . Now if a second hand lpg kit came up it would probably be more than this car will make :-\

Spot the deliberate mistake in the one picture that shows any of the LPG system. Clearly the work of a UKLPG
fitter muppet. ::)

The airtight box housing the tank valve needs to be vented through the floor of the vehicle and the vent pipe needs to descend continuously from the airtight box to where it exits the vehicle, because LPG vapour is heavier than air and will otherwise "pool" in the airtight box or pipework.
He has taken the ducting over the top of the airtight box and down the other side, so, in the event of a leak, the airtight box and most of the ducting would remain full of LPG vapour.

I see :o

It may not have been a deliberate mistake, but if not, it shows that the fitter had no knowledge of the fuel he's working with. Hard to believe. It's a bit like a plumber fitting an overflow pipe from a toilet up and over a wall before exiting the building and expecting it to do any good. ;D
