This is actually a car owned by a close friend of mine.  I spent ages laughing at it when he sprayed the lower section.

He runs a professional car bodyshop and does work to a high standard.  His own cars are loved even more than his children.

Along with the Omega, he has a Camaro Z28 Convertible, Chrysler 300C (which he bought to replace the Omega) and a Cadillac STS.  His workhorse is a Vivaro.

I can personally endorse the quality of care that this particular car has had in the years of the current owners hands.  Even if the Blue looks a bit.... ghey. 

That was my thoughts that it had been well looked after
