have you got Electronic Climate Control? heater that you set the temp to like 21"c? if so its supposed to do this as its regulating the temperature by blowing hot from some vents and cool from others so it gets a temperature of what ever you set it too

ahh is it now!

Try this.... Hold the AUTO & OFF buttons together turn the ignition to II whilst still holding the two buttons the climate control will start to hopefully make some noises whilst it recalibrates the servos once it starts making this noise left go of the 2 buttons that may fix the problem :y

Happens a lot with the front blowers. I think driver's side servo controls the back also. There is a servo and air distribution thingy in the driver's footwell, left hand side. If you remove the cover above the pedals, you can see the servo up in the footwell above where the carpet ends. It's not too bad to remove if you have small hands. Behind the servo motor is the air distributor. It has a plastic clip on the front to control driver's compartment and a metal rod hooked in at the back to control the rear. These have been known to fall off. I'm sure I found a how 2 on here when I had the same problem with the driver's compartment.
