From my experience in HMPS scumbags rarely even get a cold, and after hearing the news that 4,000 are getting early release they must think all their dreams have come true, batten down the hatches everybody it's going to get a lot worse.

sadly I fear a LOT worse
unfortunately due to cuts and soft judges ,police couldn't cope with crime BEFORE any of this pandemic malarkey

Yes and with the streets so quiet with nobody about, it'll make life even easier for the scumbags.
