Air injection pipe
« on: 08 April 2020, 12:41:48 »

Hello

When I change the timing belt on the V6, I did the test on the secondary air injection pipe as was shown in the video.

I could both blow and suck with ease.

What is it that I need to change?

Cheers in advance

Sounds like the Pierburg valve is stuck open. Try soaking it in some solvent overnight.

Or rip the system out, and block the ends going towards the exhaust manifold.  Its not needed for UK emmissions.
