My recent experience of giving away free stuff, hasn't been great. It works OK until the interested parties start making the rules, about not wanting to pick up the parts and can it be posted, because they can't be arsed to make the effort. Sadly now, it's all boxed up and it's going to the dump on my next trip...lesson learn't ::)

Agree with you James, tbh I'm thinking that most of the sellers on ebay are just trying their luck on the pricing. Many of the cars have pending tinworm problems, and then when it comes to MOT, cambelt and service history, it can get a bit sketchy there also. But I'm continually getting messages about selling my cars, and although they are realistically 1000 cars,as most of them are on ebay, and I'm 20-30k down the road at least on upkeep. I would still be embarrassed to be asking the sort of money that some people are asking for on ebay/FB  But then having said that....go silly on the prices, and that would be a very handy boost to a deposit on a KIA Stinger :-\ .....nope, just dreaming!

Quick question re the oil pressure switch, took a quick look at it this morning after finding that I didn't have a 24mm spanner. So a trip to Halfrauds for one and, nearly 12 without any KY, I'm now looking from the top and have found the switch. But looking at access...can I get a better shot at it by having the car jacked and doing it from underneath? :-\

Looks like the oil pressure switch on one of the 3.2's has gone AWOL, question is..when you remove the switch,is there any significant leakage?....just need how much to expect. :-\

We eventually had the  CFs with the Holden six cylinder engine, super fast but, the brakes used to overheat, making a fast run sort of ''interesting'' ;)
