The cruise control...
1. Is the car manual or automatic?
2. Do the brake lights work? If not possibly the brake switch.
3. If manual, is the clutch switch working?
Otherwise, Fuse 15 is the fuse for cruise control, and there's also a dedicated relay for it on the TD cars, but I don't know where this is located. The TD cruise control stalk is wired differently to the non TD one.
For the interior lights...
1. Do the map reading lights work?
2. Do the interior lights work if you open a rear door? (Note that the rear lights can be switched open, on and off separately... read the manual to confirm the correct position). Replacing the contact switches might solve the issue, but remove the old ones first to ensure the correct type as there are variations.
3. Have you checked the bulbs?
4. If none of that locates the issue, then suspect the light switch itself... They should come on with the switch pulled out regardless of door position.
