The beauty is I'd still get time to do it all only need me for 16 hours a week on a casual basis all expenses paid + meals etc.
Only required when a recruitment drive is in progress so at a guess 3 times a year for a couple of weeks.

Hadn't crossed my mind another possibility 😂. On a serious note I would imagine anyone who has retired in the last couple of years would have received the same email, they've lost shedloads of experienced staff , and my experience of new entrants is abysmal , personally I wouldn't go back to London for a £100,000 per annum.
