Hi
My power steering has just suddenly stopped working, it is really hard to turn the wheel when stationary almost impossible, there is Power steering fluid and the auxiliary belt is okay.
Has any one got any ideas what could be wrong?
-
Sounds like pumps gone.
-
Sounds like the pump has given up
What engine type?
-
Give this guy a look, he supplied mine & has been used by a fair few Oofers with very good recommendations :y
The pump he supplied me looked almost brand new! :D

Check fuse #14 in cabin fusebox
-
What Rob says above. Fuse takes out front power socket as well, if I remember right. Provably wrong though!
-
Indeed, if a V6, check that fuse first!

i think fuse as well . had same thing on my mv6 couple months back .
changed fuse as was good as new.
