THE HOOSE (THAILAND)
« on: 22 May 2007, 21:47:27 »

The House in Thailand is finished bar a couple of minor exterior bits on the outside e.g., the wall and some decs which should be finished by the end of this week. Managed to spend a week in the House whilst out there for the month as typical b******t builders the world round never on time.

Some of the ex-pats living out there

more pics of ex-pats at the house warming

The hire barge, was quite impressed with it 2.5 diesel, got stopped 3 times by the cops and accused of speeding ;D ;D

;D ;D That would been a lot cheaper, only £150 quid :y, and would've been finished, but yeah worth the wait, bought the land back in April 2003.

Yeah just a wee bit, bought it for £2,200 about 160,000thai baht, 3,700 square metres, but when in the land office waiting to sign the papers the guy came back and said he wanted 200,000, obviously the verbal deal was done and that was that.

Very nice house, is this a holiday place for you or do you intend to live there eventually.
