help? av got a robot noise under front of car?

hi chaps. i have a small prob? when startin my 3.0 elite up in the morning it makes a wiinding roboty noise just under the front bumber passenger side ? eny ideas? it only lasts about a minute and then go`s :-X

2.0/2.5/3.0 engine?

Secondary air injection pump. Unplug it. Not reqd.

It only runs for a min or so when engine cold. Its an emissions device, and pumps air into exhaust which heats cats up quicker.  As said, it can be safely disconnected.

Don't you also need to plug the Air injection pipes too?

That is an option but, not neccassary if the one way valve is working.....
