tick over?
« on: 17 February 2008, 19:33:43 »

Hello all, at idle my revs are showing as around 500rpm it feels a bit shaky at times at traffic lights etc like it may stall, shouldn't it idle at around 1000rpm? also when starting from cold it goes up to around 1200 with a bit of a petrol wiff coming into the car.
Cheers.  :y

Idle should be just below 500rpm with a/c off, and around 600 with A/C on.

If its erratic, check ICV, air leaks, and vac leaks.
