Self dipping N/S mirror

Has anyone fitted a self dipping N/S door mirror when you select reverse gear?

Don't know how that would work, but if you have an Elite & a 'spare' memory setting, you can set the dipped mirror to posn 3  ;)

Don't know how that would work, but if you have an Elite & a 'spare' memory setting, you can set the dipped mirror to posn 3  ;)

See that's why I love this place, I'd never have thought of that :) :) but I remembered when I had my Lexus this was quite a popular retro fitted things to add so was just curious if it had been done here

Standard on Ford Scorpio, one of those things you either like or hate, I found it very useful.

Standard on my Jag - generally useful but occasionally a pita - would prefer no autodip on the odd occasion
