We used to call russet brown rat shite brown

At its best when the interior was the same colour. :)

Vermillion , from memory, was orange, not brown at all

Could be worse; Chrysler did a bright green Sunbeam GLS with a matching velour interior. The whole car looked like it had been dipped in pond slime. The bright red one was only slightly less garish.

Vermillion ought to be a brilliant deep red, not any kind of brown.

Same money for my "classic" Australian import. 20 years old next year from its build date
Ulez compliant. Technically, using DVLA,s rules of build date for 40 year exemption, I can contest the taxation group. Built Oct 04, registered Sept 06
I have there phone number and will do so in the new year
All while it is undergoing some "minor" modifications

Nice to meet Keith today for a quick chat :y
Like wise Henry. Always good to put a face to a name

As for the autojumble, all prices were very high as with Brum council going skint, they had to sell the NEC off to a private equity firm. They are only all about profit so, up with the prices.
I have never seen so many toy and model stalls in the jumble before. 100% increase of them from previous years. £3.50 for a paper cup with tea in it, coffee at £4 a pop for normal stuff. Very expensives day out now

Is it worth considering a double cab pick up like a Navara or Isuzu?
IMO the Toyota is overpriced, the Mitsi is fragile, Rangers are for "Bully" boys
