laptop query

i have just renewed my security on my laptop but are being hounded by " Winzip telling me that they have done a scan & i need to pay them money because the scan has noted 7 crucial updates that need doing to keep my computer safe. when their page appears it is quite hard to get rid, hence annoying. as writing the page popped up. as i delete one another will take its place until it momentarily is deleted. i am not very IT literate so not sure on how to get rid.

The Article mentions Malwarebytes Software which I've been using for Years, world highly recommend it,  and is Free if you use the Free Version.
