"Make me an offer"
« on: 17 February 2010, 16:20:15 »

I have looked at 2 vehicles tonight online.

I've emailed the sellers, to say "Hiya, i've seen your vehicle, could you advise on the cash price please?"

To which both have replied to the effect of

"mke me n offr wat u fink its wrth"

GRRRRRRRRRRR....... I DON'T WANT TO MAKE YOU AN OFFER - Just tell me how much you want for the bloody thing!!!  >:(

How annoying!? If people want an auction-stick it on fleabay. Otherwise a figure followed by o.n.o invites offers or " NO OFFERS" are usually the best ones to go for. Implying reluctancy to sell and it has probably been licked clean, garaged and blank cheque serviced. ;)
