what is this and what does it do,

Increases the compression ratio, as the revs pick up, thus giving you better performance, i.e. accelleration, fuel comsuption etc.

I've seen nearly 300bhp with one of these fitted along with a zeeko flashback system :y

Never looked back, since I fitted mine :y
