The windows staying powered up until you exit the car slipped my mind! That's my favourite. The number of times I have to get back into an unfamiliar car and put the key back in the ignition because I'd forgotten to put the window up before removing the ignition key's astronomical.

I prefered the old Senator/Carlton (& MkIII Granny) method whereby opening the driver's door powered up the windows - strange that this didn't apply to the roof.

My least favourite feature is not being able to disable the interior courtesy light!
The Omega's is somewhat better than the Senator's though. I've lost count the number of times I flattened my Senator battery when working with the driver's door open with all 7 courtesy lights on! At least the Omega just puts on the puddle light of the door that's open and the repective interior light.

Phew! I found a plus point for an Omega!!  ;D

One other thing is that the clock updates itself by RDS.  Now why don't mobiles do that over here, they do in the states  :-?
Only on the newer style MIDs....
....& GIDs  ;)

When you got your firt Vx how long did it take you to work out how to turn on the interior light?

A girl at work had had her Monza for years and was amazed when I turned the courtesy light on. "How did you do that?" she said!  :o

I love the way my (older Carin) sat-nav will always only give you the option of STAND BY when you particularly want to get somewhere!!
PS which fuse feeds it? It might respond to the power supply being pulled  >:(

Well loved from new - as evidenced by the small things such as the cargo net in the boot.

.... There are all to few of them left, so I hope the alternator sorts the problem.
I actually saw a pale blue Senator going east on the M62 about 3 weeks ago - the first one I've seen for ages

Pity there ain't more room in the glovebox, keep 'em cool in there.......
They've had that for at least 5 years in the states, chilled glovebox.  8-)
The Senator had a chilled glove box? The powers-that-be at Vauxhall for some reason removed the chilled glove box from the mini-face lift Omega!  :'( Anyone know why?

Looking at the uber low feedbacks of the bidders I think someone is trying to wreck the auction.
How can you possibly say that?  :-?  :-/
