Can anyone tell me if the above unit CDR500 will fit in to 1997 Omega 2.0 GLS estate with out any problems, it has trafficmaster fitted and I use it - If I buy the CDR500 it comes with the code and instructions leaflet.

will fit no probs ! but the cdr 500 uses steering wheel controls and a full screen mid !! so might not work bud ! have to try and see

Should be able to flick the CDR500 between 8 and 10 digit displays using procedure in Maintenence Guides.

Yup CDR500 can work with a TID as per Astra, Corsa and Vectra which it was also fitted to.
